Amazing Spider-Man #125 from October 1973. This high grade issue of Spider-Man's original title features the origin of the Man-Wolf character! Man-Wolf's alter-ego/human side, John Jameson, has been around since Amazing Spider-Man #1, but after his appearances as the "Man-Wolf" in this title, he went on to have his own eight issue run in the bronze age "Creatures on the Loose" title (starting with #30).These cool issues always have lots of appeal to the'70's Marvel Bronze Horror collectors, as well as to the standard Spider-Man aficionados and fans. This issue has been graded by 3rd party grading company CGC at a 9.6 Universal (un-restored) and they assigned it an "Off-White to White" page quality designation.
