Putting comics into plastic then jacking the price up by 25% or more is odd to me too. I would grade it as NM-M, but what do I know anymore. I did some research about the spine as that's the way it came. Apparently it's tough to find spines without the wear just from folding it. I read about it here...I took a picture or the cover and also scanned it because my scanner has dust particles I can't seem to get rid of. It's flat and clean, no bends. It has my name on the the Marvel Padded Envelope that it came in as I used to be a big shot in the industry for a few months but then flamed out like a cheap sparkler. It has the original letter from Marvel that came with it.
It could have been much nicer with gold foil seal or something. Not too long after this book came out I did a convention in Las Vegas.
